As with most major launches - especially when it contains new technology - you can expect that there will be bugs, issues, and glitches. And it's no different here at Affiliate Jump.
On this page you will find a listing of some of the most commonly asked questions in our support desk as well as the answers to date. You may find your issue already answered without having to create a new ticket. We will also be updating this page periodically to add any further issues, or when we have new information to share reqarding those listed.

1. I am having trouble ordering, creating a website, editing my profile or creating a widget:
The problems appear to be browser specific. Earlier versions of Internet Explorer do not work with this site at this time. Please use a different browser. We can confirm these are working.

2. My website is going to a 404 or showing cpanel when I try and load it:
The website's not showing up were due to an unfortunate server outage during launch. This issue has since been corrected.
3. How can I access the Charter Bonuses?
You can access the Charter Bonuses when you login to your Affiliate Jump dashboard. The link says "charter bonuses" and is located in the upper right hand corner. There is also a video on this page detailing how to collect ALL of your bonuses. Please be sure to watch it.
4. When I click on my offers they are not linking to the advertised offer:
The CPA offers are regional and if your offer is not landing on the advertised page there is a good chance it is not available in your region. We suggest testing the offers on the site before you initiate marketing campaigns. We are currently testing ways to indicate offer availibility before you select them. There is no time frame as of yet...
5. There is an email submit form on my site, what happens to those signups?:
When users register through the email opt-in form on your website, they are put into an Autoresponder series on the topic of your website. The series informs users on the topic of interest but also promotes your affiliate links in the process increasing your overall conversion rates. The beauty of this is we build a list on your behalf and market relevant offers to them!
6. Can I promote the CPA offers on my website?
The agreemeents and contracts we have with the CPA networks do not allow direct linking of offers on non-Affiliate Jump websites or widgets.
7. How do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid out on the 1st of every month, net 45. For example: all approved commissions generated through october 15th will be paid on December 1st. All payments are made through http://www.paypeopleonline.com. Please register there to make sure you have an active account.
8. What is the refund policy?
As with ALL MikeFilsaime.com products and services, refunds are granted no questions asked. With Affiliate Jump these requests must be made within the initial 30 day period after your membership begins. Please allow as much as 7 days to process.
